Questions
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every plan starts with a consultation with a doctor, so we treat what is there and nothing more.
Is there downtime?
Most treatments have none. After laser, expect some redness for one to two days; we give you written aftercare.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your skin and your goal. You get a number in writing at the consultation, not a package.
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before. Write to us or change it from the confirmation email.
Who does the treatments?
Our two doctors do every medical treatment. Facials and LED are done by our trained therapists under their supervision.
